This is a painting (gifted by Mirissa, thanks!) that I found at the “Hippy Fair” here in Rio. Sort of hidden amongst tons of other romanticised images of favelas being sold, the subversion and irreverence of this one really caught my eye. “Sponsored by the Ministério do Trabalho.” Painting by Paulo Paes Melo.
